The Union Square Cafe's Bar Nuts
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 500g assorted unsalted nuts
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary from two 8cm sprigs)
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp dark muscovado sugar
- 2 tsp Maldon salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread them out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven till they become golden-brown (about 10 mins)
- In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
- Thoroughly toss the toasted nits in the spiced butter and serve warm.
