Thai Chicken Cakes With Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- small piece ginger, chopped, or 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp coriander or 1 tsp dried
- 1 chilli
- sweet chilli sauce and lime wedges to serve
Method
- Blitz the chicken, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, chilli and seasoning into a food processor until finely ground and well mixed.
- Shape about 6 more cakes from the mixture.
- Fry the cakes over a medium heat for about 6-8 minutes.
