Smoked Salmon And King Prawn Starter

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 200g pack Smoked Salmon
  • 12 King Prawns
  • 2 tbsp chopped Chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf Parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped Spring Onions

Method

  1. Mix the chives, spring onion and parsley into the cream cheese, add the horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into strips, not too long. Spread with the cream cheese mix.
  3. Put a tiger prawn on top of mixture and roll up so the tail is sticking out.
  4. Put a teaspoonful of cream cheese mix into the centre of a small plate and arrange three salmon parcels upright around it.
  5. Decorate with strips of chives.
