Smoked Salmon And King Prawn Starter
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 200g pack Smoked Salmon
- 12 King Prawns
- 2 tbsp chopped Chives
- 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf Parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped Spring Onions
Method
- Mix the chives, spring onion and parsley into the cream cheese, add the horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips, not too long. Spread with the cream cheese mix.
- Put a tiger prawn on top of mixture and roll up so the tail is sticking out.
- Put a teaspoonful of cream cheese mix into the centre of a small plate and arrange three salmon parcels upright around it.
- Decorate with strips of chives.
