Sausage And Leek Hash
Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 6 cooked potatoes, sliced
- 350g cooked, sliced leeks
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 100g mature cheddar/gruyere
Method
- Cook the sausages. Remove, slice them up and put aside.
- Cook the potatoes and leeks on a fairly high heat until the potatoes are brown and crisp.
- Toss in the sausages and mustard and cook for a few mins.
- Take off the heat and stir in the cheese.
