Pork With Balsamic And Lemon Sauce
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 large lemon, juice only
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- handful coriander (dried or fresh)
- 300 g diced pork
Method
- Dice the pork and then fry with the crushed garlic.
- Remove the pork but not the garlic.
- Then add the lemon juice, sugar, honey and balsamic vinegar and reduce it.
- Once the reduction is complete put your pork back in and warm through.
- Just before serving, add coriander.
- Serve with stir-fried carrots, mushrooms and broccoli.
