Penne All'Arrabbiata
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- fresh/dried chilli, about 2, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 600g tomatoes, peeled (water!) and finely chopped
- 6 basil leaves or 3 tbsp parsley
- penne
- salt
Method
- Fry onion, chilli and garlic for 1 min.
- Stir in tomatoes and cook, not violently, for 6-8 mins, then add basil/parsley and some salt.
- Add to pasta.
