Peanut Butter Oaties
Ingredients
- 55g vegan margarine
- 55g peanut butter
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 55g cane sugar
- 30g wholewheat flour
- 55g rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp of water
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together.
- Turn out into a greased pan, pressing down to a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees C. Remove from the hour and leave to cool before slicing into bars.
