Pasta With Tuna Sauce

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1cm fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 225g passata or chopped tomatoes
  • 200g can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • pasta

Method

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Fry the garlic, chilli and ginger until slightly soft.
  3. Tip in the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Fold in the tuna and season. Simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Serve the pasta with the sauce on top.
