Pasta With Tuna Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1cm fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 225g passata or chopped tomatoes
- 200g can of tuna, drained
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Method
- Cook pasta.
- Fry the garlic, chilli and ginger until slightly soft.
- Tip in the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Fold in the tuna and season. Simmer for 10 mins.
- Serve the pasta with the sauce on top.
