Pasta With Red Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar And Basil
Ingredients
- pasta
- 2 red onions, finely chopped
- olive oil
- 2 handfuls of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 handfuls of basil, torn
Method
- Cook the pasta.
- Slowly fry the onions in the olive oil for 5 minutes or until soft and tender.
- Stir in the tomatoes and vinegar.
- Throw in your drained pasta.
- Season and toss through with basil.
