Pasta With Red Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar And Basil

Ingredients

  • pasta
  • 2 red onions, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 handfuls of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 handfuls of basil, torn

Method

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Slowly fry the onions in the olive oil for 5 minutes or until soft and tender.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes and vinegar.
  4. Throw in your drained pasta.
  5. Season and toss through with basil.
