No Egg Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 150g marshmallows
- 50g butter
- 250g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids min)
- 60ml hot water from recently boiled kettle
- 284ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Melt the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water together on very low heat stirring occasionally.
- Whip the cream with vanilla extract and then fold this in when the chocolate mixture has cooled.
- Pour mixture into serving glasses/bowls/ramekins as required and chill in fridge until you want to eat them!
