Mustard Caper Sauce For Broccoli
Ingredients
- 250-500 g broccoli
- 75 g butter
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp capers
Method
- Put the butter, mustard and lemon juice into a pan over a medium heat.
- As the butter melts, whisk all the ingredients together and then add the capers.
- Pour over cooked broccoli.
