Mustard Caper Sauce For Broccoli

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250-500 g broccoli
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp capers

Method

  1. Put the butter, mustard and lemon juice into a pan over a medium heat.
  2. As the butter melts, whisk all the ingredients together and then add the capers.
  3. Pour over cooked broccoli.
