Ingredients
- 225g beef (or chicken), cut into strips
- 142ml soured cream
- 1 lettuce, finely shredded
- 1 large onion
- 1 ½ peppers, thinly sliced
- 6 tortillas
Salsa:
- 1 green chilli
- 1 small, red onion, very finely chopped
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- juice 1 lime
- 20g fresh coriander, chopped
Method
- Mix the salsa ingredients together and season. Spoon the cream into a bowl and chop the lettuce up ready.
- Fry the onion and peppers (seasoning?) and stir-fry over a high heat for 5 mins until soft and slightly browned. Set aside.
- Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 mins until well browned.
- Return the pepper/onion mix to the steak and rewarm.
- Warm the tortillas and serve.
