Ingredients
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbap Dijon mustard
- A splash of Tabasco sauce or a pinch of chilli powder
- 4 tbsp muscovado sugar
- 12-16 (depending on size) pork spare ribs
Method
- Heat a barbeque or preheat the grill. Mix together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Tabasco or chilli powder, and sugar, then brush some of the spicy sauce over the ribs.
- Cook the ribs for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing them every 5 minutes.
- Heat the rest of the sauce in a small pan for 3 minutes, stirring until heated through. Drizzle the extra sauce over the ribs and serve with garlic bread and a salad.
