Fondue Accompaniments
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise x 4
For the horseradish dip
- 1-2 tsp horseradish
For the curry dip
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1-2 tsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp chopped sultanas
For the tomato dip
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tomato, skinned and chopped, seeds removed
For the gherkin dip
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 gherkins, chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
Method
- Put 2 tbsp mayonnaise into 4 separate dishes and add the appropriate ingredients for each dip (see ingredients)
