Fondue Accompaniments

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise x 4

For the horseradish dip

  • 1-2 tsp horseradish

For the curry dip

  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1-2 tsp curry paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped sultanas

For the tomato dip

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tomato, skinned and chopped, seeds removed

For the gherkin dip

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 gherkins, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped

Method

  1. Put 2 tbsp mayonnaise into 4 separate dishes and add the appropriate ingredients for each dip (see ingredients)
