Flummery
Ingredients
- 135g pack jelly (raspberry or strawberry work well), broken into pieces
- 350ml evaporated milk
Method
- Mix the jelly with 250ml boiling water until it has dissolved. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool.
- Beat the evaporate milk in a stand mixer until fluffy.
- Gradually add the cooled jelly mixture to the whipped evaporated milk, beating continuously until well combined.
- Pour into individual serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
