Ingredients
- 5 medium eggs
- 8oz self-raising flour
- 8oz Stork margarine
- 8oz caster sugar
- white chocolate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150-160ÂșC.
- Cream the margarine and sugar together until a creamy consistency
- Whisk the eggs in a separate jug and then add gradually to the margarine/sugar mixture. Stir very thoroughly
- Gradually sift the flour into the mixture, stirring in between each amount added.
- Spoon the mixture into bun cases (at least two teaspoons per case) and place in the oven until lightly golden (about 20 minutes).
- Allow the buns to cool. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and spoon over the buns.
- Whilst the chocolate is still liquid, add the 100s and 1000s.
