Fairy Cakes

Ingredients

  • 5 medium eggs
  • 8oz self-raising flour
  • 8oz Stork margarine
  • 8oz caster sugar
  • white chocolate

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 150-160ÂșC.
  2. Cream the margarine and sugar together until a creamy consistency
  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate jug and then add gradually to the margarine/sugar mixture. Stir very thoroughly
  4. Gradually sift the flour into the mixture, stirring in between each amount added.
  5. Spoon the mixture into bun cases (at least two teaspoons per case) and place in the oven until lightly golden (about 20 minutes).
  6. Allow the buns to cool. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and spoon over the buns.
  7. Whilst the chocolate is still liquid, add the 100s and 1000s.
