Exotic Fruit Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 passion fruit
- 125g white chocolate
- 200ml of creme fraiche
Method
- Melt the chocolate over a bain marie.
- Stir in the creme fraiche.
- Put in ramekin dishes or glasses. Put in fridge
- Just before serving cut passion fruits in half, scoop out pulp and seeds and put half of one over each mousse
