Dutch Salad
Ingredients
- 125g rice
- 175g ham
- 1 leek, white part only, cut into very small pieces
- 1 mango, cut into slices
- 125g cheese, cubed
- 250g white grapes, halved
- 125ml creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp maynonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
Method
- Cook the rice and leave to cool.
- Mix together the rice, ham, leek, mango, cheese and grapes.
- Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and mix together with the rice mixture.
