Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Sundae

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 175ml double cream
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100g smooth peanut butter
  • 45ml golden syrup (3 tbsp)
  • ice cream - mixture toffee/caramel, chocolate, vanilla
  • 45g salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Put all the cream, chocolate, peanut butter and golden syrup into a saucepan and place on the heat to melt. In about 2 minutes the sauce should be ready.
  2. Scoop a selection of flavours of ice cream for each person.
  3. Pour some sauce over and top with the chopped peanuts.
