Chocolate Chestnut Refrigerator Cake
Ingredients
- 500g sweetened chestnut puree
- 175g butter, softened
- 300g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp dark rum
to serve
- creme fraiche
Method
- Beat the purée in a bowl until it is smooth, then blend in the butter.
- Melt the chocolate and let is cool slightly before adding it to the chestnut and butter. Beat in the rum.
- Spoon the mixture in a loaf tin lined with cling film. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
