Ingredients
- 8 rashers bacon, chopped
- 120g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 120g crème fraiche
- 1 egg
- 340g pasta
Method
- Cook the pasta.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon, onion and garlic and sliced mushrooms.
- Beat the egg with the crème fraiche and plenty of black pepper.-
- Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Put back on the heat and add the egg mixture. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it scrambles slightly.
- Stir in the bacon mixture and serve with the cheese.
