Ingredients
- 3 large eggs (or 4 medium)
- 250g sugar (I usually mix dark and light brown sugar)
- 200g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)
- 200g butter
- 75g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter over boiling water
- Mix eggs for 1-2 min, then add sugar and mix for 5 min (until the sugar dissolves)
- Add (1) to (2), the salt, and mix altogether.
- Once everything is fully combined, add the flour and stir with a wooden spatula
- Put into the pre-heated oven 180°С for 20-30 min (after 20 min, you should check with the toothpick if it’s ready, it does not have to be dry but wet enough and not fluid at the same time)
