Bramble

Serves For 1

Ingredients

  • cubed ice
  • 50ml gin
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about half a lemon)
  • 15ml sugar syrup (see note)
  • 10ml creme de mures (we used Chambord)

Method

  1. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the gin and the sugar syrup. Stir.
  2. Drizzle the creme de mures over the top.
  3. Sugar syrup - 1kg of caster sugar + 1 litre water. Shake in a bottle and you have perfect sugar syrup.
