Bramble
Ingredients
- cubed ice
- 50ml gin
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- 15ml sugar syrup (see note)
- 10ml creme de mures (we used Chambord)
Method
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the gin and the sugar syrup. Stir.
- Drizzle the creme de mures over the top.
- Sugar syrup - 1kg of caster sugar + 1 litre water. Shake in a bottle and you have perfect sugar syrup.
