Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 4 or 5 ripe bananas (450g)
- 200g plain flour
Method
- Heat oven to 180ÂșC.
- Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Mash bananas into butter and sugar mixture.
- Mix in the flour until a smooth consistency.
- Pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until set (a skewer inserted should come out clean).
